The HTSI Volunteer Academy is a dynamic initiative designed to promote and support volunteering across the Highlands.

The Academy also empowers volunteers through the Volunteer Council, encourages skills sharing via the Skills Bank, and fosters community involvement.
It provides resources for volunteer-involving organisations and promotes employer-supported volunteering.
